ABOUT ME
I started practising yoga as a child in Scotland with my Dad, who was an avid Hatha Yogi.
I returned to the practice 18 years ago in Melbourne as a antidote for my stressful career in fashion and I very quickly fell in love with the practice, it felt like I was coming home , becoming comfortable in my own skin, building both strength and softness at the same time. I was fascinated by how 60 mins on a yoga mat could have such a profound effect. With this curiosity & fascination, I attended my first 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 when I moved to Sydney.
My learning and curiosity continue to grow, and I have to date completed more than 1,000HR of trainings, including Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Breathwork,Alignment & Assisting, Yoga Therapeutics, Theming & Philosophy, Bio mechanics, Stretch Therapy , Teaching Beginners and 300HR Yoga Coach Master Training .
My love of yoga stems from the transformation which takes place - not just within the body, but within the mind and within your very being. I love witnessing this transformation within my students .
